TERMS OF SERVICE
RFSPECT (rfspect.com)
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Effective date: 8 October 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms
===========================

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://rfspect.com (the “Site”), and your purchase of products through the Site, from RFSPECT (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Site or place an order through it. If you place an order on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Refund and Return Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and one of those policies in relation to the subject matter of that policy, that policy prevails in respect of that subject matter.

2. Definitions
==============

1. “Product” means any good offered for sale on the Site, including radio frequency connectors, adapters, attenuators, terminations, coaxial cable assemblies, and related accessories.
2. “Order” means a request by you to purchase a Product, submitted through the checkout on the Site.
3. “Order Confirmation” means our written acceptance of an Order, sent to the email address you provide.
4. “Day” means a calendar day. “Business Day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in China.
5. “Specification” means the technical description of a Product published on the Site or confirmed by us in writing, including electrical, mechanical and environmental parameters.

3. Eligibility
==============

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to place an Order or create an account.
2. You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a person or entity that is subject to trade sanctions or that appears on any restricted-party list maintained by a competent authority, and you must not be acting on behalf of such a person or entity.
4. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, importation and use of a Product complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration
=======================

1. Certain features of the Site, including order history and saved shipping addresses, require an account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information and must keep it up to date.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at a1637420098@163.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that it has been used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner that exposes us or any third party to legal or regulatory risk.
4. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closure of an account does not affect Orders already placed, or our retention of records we are required to keep by law.

5. Products, Specifications and Availability
============================================

1. Product photographs, drawings and illustrations on the Site are provided to illustrate the type of Product and may not show the exact configuration, finish or marking of the Product supplied.
2. Technical parameters published on the Site are stated for the Product as supplied and are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable Specification, electrical parameters such as insertion loss, return loss, attenuation accuracy, impedance and voltage standing wave ratio are stated as typical or maximum values for a production batch, and not as values guaranteed for each individual unit.
3. Where a Product is manufactured to a frequency range, impedance, attenuation value, connector configuration, cable length or other parameter specified by you, the Specification is the parameter set confirmed by us in writing before production. It is your responsibility to verify that the confirmed Specification meets your requirement.
4. It is your responsibility to determine whether a Product is suitable for your application, including its frequency range, power handling, environmental rating, interface compatibility, torque requirements and mechanical fit. We provide technical data to assist you, but we do not provide engineering advice for your specific application unless we expressly agree in writing to do so.
5. Product availability is not guaranteed. Where a Product becomes unavailable after an Order is placed, we will notify you and offer the options described in Section 7.3.

6. Pricing and Payment
======================

1. Prices are displayed in the currency stated on the Site. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping charges and exclude all customs duties, taxes and clearance charges, which are governed by our Shipping Policy.
2. We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to an Order is the price displayed at the time the Order is placed, subject to Section 7.2.
3. Where a price is displayed incorrectly because of a pricing error, a typographical error or a system malfunction, we may cancel the affected Order and refund any amount paid, in full, within five (5) Business Days. Where an Order has already been dispatched, we may invoice you for the correct price or permit you to return the Product in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
4. Payment must be made in full at the time the Order is placed, using a payment method accepted by the checkout.
5. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. Your use of a payment method is subject to the terms of the provider. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
6. Where payment is reversed, declined, disputed, or charged back, we may suspend or cancel the affected Order and any related unfulfilled Orders.
7. You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion charges, or charges imposed by your payment provider in connection with a transaction.
8. Where applicable law requires, prices are displayed inclusive of value-added tax or equivalent indirect tax.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance
==============================

1. An Order submitted through the checkout constitutes an offer by you to purchase the Products in that Order on these Terms. A contract of sale is formed only when we send an Order Confirmation, or when we dispatch the Products, whichever occurs first.
2. We are not obliged to accept an Order. We may decline or cancel an Order, and refund any amount paid in full within five (5) Business Days, where: the Product is out of stock or no longer available; the price or description on the Site contains an error; we cannot verify your payment details, delivery address or identity; we reasonably suspect fraud; the Order would breach applicable export control, sanctions or trade laws; or the Order appears to be for resale in a manner inconsistent with Section 9.2.
3. Where a Product becomes unavailable after acceptance, or where we are unable to complete an Order for a reason described in Section 7.2, we will notify you within two (2) Business Days and offer you the option of waiting for the Product, substituting an alternative Product, or cancelling the affected item for a full refund.
4. Order Confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that this address is accurate and for monitoring it. Where an email address is invalid, we may be unable to communicate with you about your Order.
5. Risk of loss of, or damage to, a Product passes to you on delivery in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Title to a Product passes to you on the later of delivery and receipt of payment in full.

8. Export Control and Sanctions Compliance
==========================================

Radio frequency components, including connectors, adapters, attenuators, terminations and coaxial cable assemblies, are dual-use items that are subject to export control and sanctions laws in multiple jurisdictions, including the Export Administration Regulations of the United States, the Council Regulation (EU) 2021/821 establishing a Union regime for the control of exports of dual-use items, the Wassenaar Arrangement, and equivalent national regimes.

1. You acknowledge that Products may be subject to export, re-export, transfer and end-use controls, and that a licence or other authorisation may be required for a particular destination, end user or end use.
2. You represent and warrant that you are not: a person or entity designated on any restricted-party list, including the Bureau of Industry and Security Entity List, the Office of Foreign Assets Control Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, the European Union consolidated financial sanctions list, or the United Kingdom sanctions list; owned or controlled by such a person or entity; or located in, organised under the laws of, or a resident of a comprehensively sanctioned country or territory.
3. You undertake not to use, and not to permit any third party to use, a Product for a prohibited end use, including the design, development, production, stockpiling or use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or of their delivery systems, or for any military end use in a destination subject to an arms embargo.
4. You undertake not to export, re-export, transfer, divert, transship or otherwise dispose of a Product to any destination, entity or person contrary to applicable export control laws, and not to sell, supply or otherwise make a Product available to any person whom you know or have reason to suspect will breach those laws.
5. You acknowledge that we may, before dispatch, request information about the end use, the end user and the ultimate consignee of a Product, screen the parties to the transaction against applicable restricted-party lists, and decline or cancel an Order where we are not satisfied that the transaction would comply with applicable law.
6. You must not supply Products purchased from us to any person, or for any purpose, that would result in a breach of applicable export control or sanctions law by you or by us.

9. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
================================

1. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes, and only in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party. In particular, you must not:
2. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Site for a commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server on which the Site is hosted, or any system or network connected to the Site.
5. Introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
6. Use a Product purchased from us in a safety-critical application, in a medical device, in an aviation or railway control system, or in any application in which the failure of the Product could lead to death, personal injury or significant property damage, unless the applicable Specification expressly states that the Product is intended and rated for that application, and unless you independently qualify the Product for that application.
7. Remove, obscure or alter any part number, serial number, marking, calibration label, country of origin marking or manufacturer identification applied to a Product.

3. You must not use our name, logo or trade marks in any way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation without our prior written consent.
4. Where a Product incorporates a third-party manufacturer’s part number, that part number and any associated trade mark remains the property of its owner, and is used for identification purposes only. Our use of a third-party part number does not indicate that the Product is manufactured, sponsored or endorsed by that third party.
5. We may reference competitor products or equivalent part numbers for comparison purposes only. Such references do not indicate that a Product is a licensed replacement, or that it is identical to the referenced product.

11. Feedback and Submissions
============================

Where you submit a review, comment, enquiry, test report or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that content for the purpose of operating and promoting our business. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties
============================

1. The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, conditions and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy or non-infringement, in respect of the Site and its content.

Where such an event occurs, we will notify you promptly, and our affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. Where you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose mandatory law grants you the right to bring proceedings in, or to rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of, the courts of your country of residence, nothing in this Section 16 limits that right. 18. Termination
===============

1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or close your account, immediately and without liability, where you breach these Terms, where we are required to do so by law, or where we reasonably believe that your continued access exposes us or a third party to legal or regulatory risk.
2. Termination does not affect any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive termination, including Sections 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17, nor does it affect any Order already accepted, which remains governed by these Terms.

2. No waiver. A failure or delay by us in exercising a right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right, and a single or partial exercise of a right does not preclude any further exercise of it.
3. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
